We want your garment to arrive and fit as you expected. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to exchange the size or return your order, with no need to give a reason.
How to request it
Write to us via WhatsApp or at valricwear@gmail.com with your order number and tell us whether you want to exchange the size or return the garment. You can also request it from your account, under Orders. We will send you the instructions.
Condition of the garment
You can try the garment on as you would in a shop. We ask that you return it unwashed, with its tags and well protected for transport. If it arrives with use beyond trying it on, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Return costs
Shipping costs for the return or exchange are at your expense, unless we made an error or the product is defective.
Refund
We refund the price of the garments and the standard shipping of the original order using the same payment method, no later than 14 days after you tell us about the return. We may wait until we receive the garment, or proof that you have sent it, before doing so.
Size exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability. If your size is no longer available, you can choose a refund.
